Charities Regulator appoints inspectors to investigate Navan Mental Health Housing Association Limited
The Charities Regulatory Authority (‘Charities Regulator’) has appointed inspectors to carry out a statutory investigation into Navan Mental Health Housing Association Limited (Registered Charity Number 20047023). It is important to note that the opening of a statutory investigation is not in itself a finding of any wrongdoing.
On 22 December 2021, a concern was raised with the Charities Regulator in relation to the finances of the charity. Having engaged with the charity on the concern raised, the Charities Regulator has determined that a statutory investigation into the charity is warranted.
The Charities Regulator has appointed inspectors to investigate the affairs of Navan Mental Health Housing Association Limited and to prepare a report on their investigation and findings.
