Judicial review proceedings, which were instituted by the former CEO of Ataxia Ireland CLG, challenging a report by Inspectors appointed under the Charities Act 2009 to investigate the affairs of the charity, have been struck out.
Prior to the proceedings being struck out, the High Court had refused an application for discovery by the applicant in its entirety.
