The Charities Regulator and the HSE have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to further enhance public trust and confidence in the Irish charity sector.
The MoU provides a framework for cooperation by the Charities Regulator and the HSE in appropriate cases and will contribute to the effective regulation of Irish registered charities.
Under the terms of the MoU, the two organisations may share information or provide assistance for the purpose of the performance of their respective functions.
